Back with the boys!

So we're out of our flat, after being lied to by our land lady, Katheryn, who Laura never quite saw eye to eye with. When Chuck and I moved in, we agreed on paying no bills. It's not the fact that we had to give over $20 each to the lying wench, it's the fact that she was so bitchy about the whole thing! Millar and I both received a text, and I quote, 'Have your stuff moved out by tomorrow and leave the keys on the table with 20 dollars for bills'!

If only she'd got us to sign a contract that we could have gone through with a fine tooth comb - crossed the t's and dotted the.......lower case j's. Anyhow, the only reason we left any money instead of doing a runner was so Boydy didn't have to foot some of the bill.

The week before, young Millar and I headed up the South Pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge on a cracking day and took a few pics. You can walk up the whole bridge - it takes 3 hours, you've got to wear special suits, sweat like hell, be tied to the bridge constantly, walk at the same pace as some 23-stoner infront of you and fork out $175 to do it! Meanwhile, Laura and I stroll up the pylon costing 8 bucks, and get views like this...

and this....

Laura's mates from uni Toby, Chris and Dan were about with their trusty campervan and helped us move up the road back to the boys flat with all our crap. We were pretty excited to be back at 'the old place' where we spent new year - have a look at the old photos of the place from 4 months ago here, just to see what its like.

In the last week, Toby, Chris and Dan joined Laura in her quest to watch as much reality TV as humanly possible. Such programs as the Simple Life, Pop Stars live and my personal favourite, Average Joe Hawaii. Ever since this swanky yank tit chose Jesus over some gorgeous burd, our mission has become to replicate 'dropping the J-bomb' in clubs. Toby and I were especially successful last Friday night, almost recruiting some dafty to join our 'Ping-Pong for Jesus' campaign. Classic. A cheeky wee photo before we hit the Vodka Red Bull + Champagne hard....

Just some stories from the night out....

Chris pulled some Swedish chick with a scary Maori friend, and tried to get the taxi driver to find a tattoo parlour so he could her writing tattoed onto his arm.

Millar continually asking the DJ for completely mince tunes along the lines of Shakira, Ricky Martin and all that other crap. He smiled politely....

I ended up walking all the way home, got lost, found a 50 dollar note in the back of the taxi I eventually had to get and woke up reeking of Diesel?!

All 3 lads (aka Girls' hate Squadron) not getting ANYWHERE AT ALL with randoms so heading out on a night of burd rage.

Yesterday Laura, Dave Booth and I made way to the capital of Oz, Canberra, to watch the Brumbies play Super12's rugby. Big Dave was driving down so we jumped in his brief and entered into the weirest place I've ever been. Canberra was purpose-built from the off. The Aussies couldn't decide if Melbourne or Sydney was going to be the capital, so the built a new one. And this place is weird. We didn't see one house when we were there, and we drove through the whole place. We think that maybe they all love underground.

We eventually reach the ground called Bruce Stadium (can you get more Aussie?) and watched a quality game of rugby....
